Our Policies
Lead-time & Sampling
Sampling – 1 week
This allows us enough time to create a sample of the packaging that the client is looking to produce. We generally require the products weight which is to be packaged as well as any other specifications such as material thickness and special instructions. The sample would then be sent to the client for inspection.
Quoting – 48 hours
Once the sample has been drawn up we require up to 48 hours to quote the sample and send it to you.
Printed Sample 14 days
If the box or tube is to be printed, a further 14 days is needed to create a printed sample, the cost of which will be billed to the client.
Once the printed sample has been approved, signed off and returned to us, an order can be placed by client.
Production – 4 weeks
Once the quote has been accepted and the sample has been signed off by the client and returned to us, the job can be put into production and a production lead time of 4 weeks is needed to produce

At Magra, we strive to conform to good manufacturing practices. We manufacture solvent free tubes and drums, which is then good for food contact.
Our capabilities are not limited to the above information, as we strive to help customers achieve the results they are looking for and therefore we think outside the box.
All our material is food graded, which means that all our packaging conforms to food-friendly standards and can contain food.
The ink is low migration, which means it won’t affect any foods stuff when printed on the outside of the material.
S.A.B.S. Audited
We have been audited by SABS and PlastiBox complies with the requirements of FSSC 22000. (Certification Scheme for Food Safety Systems, including ISO 22000:2005, ISO/TS22002-4:2013 and additional FSSC 22000 requirements).
