Flat Di-Cut

Die cutting is the process used to cut flat material into specific shapes using a steel cutting die.  In our case, we are able to die cut:

• Different shaped folding cartons
• Die cut inserts
• Sleeves and bands
• Stars, crackers, folders
• False crease to enable flat packing

Decoration: screen, litho, foil.

In addition to this, we have a range that is growing very fast – our “U”-cards. These are used to hold biscuits straight and sturdy. The benefits of the “U”-cards design is:

• Expensive look and feel
• sturdy design
• reduced biscuit breakage and crumbing
